We are a buyer, not a broker
72 North Capital is a private acquirer that buys businesses for its own account. We are not a licensed business broker or broker-dealer. We do not list businesses for sale, we do not represent sellers, and we do not receive commissions.
Nothing here is an offer
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to buy or sell a business, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation of any offer. Any actual offer from us will be made in writing, addressed to you, and subject to diligence and definitive documentation.

About the valuation estimator
The estimator on this site applies broad industry multiples to figures you enter. It is a rough orientation tool, not an appraisal, not a certified valuation, and not an offer. Real transaction values vary widely based on customer concentration, owner dependence, recurring revenue, contract quality, working capital, deal structure, and the specific buyer. Do not make decisions based on its output alone.
Confidentiality
Information you send us about your business is treated as confidential and is used solely to evaluate a possible transaction. We will not disclose your identity or your information to third parties without your permission, except to our own advisers and lenders under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Submitting the contact form does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement; we are happy to sign one before you send financial statements.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and it is provided on an “as is” basis. Market data and multiples change. We may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
