Not a fit: pre-revenue, turnarounds, retail storefronts, franchises, and businesses whose value is entirely the owner's personal relationships. We will say so on day one rather than tie up your seller.

How we behave in a process
Every broker has a list of buyers who do not perform. The point of this section is to be checkable against our behavior.
An answer in 48 hours
Send a teaser or a CIM and you will hear back within two business days with a yes, a no, or a specific question. You will not be added to a list.
An IOI in five business days
If it fits, we will produce an indication of interest with a real range and a real structure within five business days of receiving financials.
We do not retrade for sport
Our number moves only if diligence turns up something material that was not disclosed. You will know what it was and why it moved the price.
Your fee is protected
We are not trying to route around you to the seller. If you have an engagement, we work through you for the duration of it.
Financing
How we fund a purchase
Equity from the principal plus SBA 7(a) acquisition financing, with a seller note where it makes sense for both sides.
We are an SBA-qualified buyer. A lender pre-qualification letter and proof of funds are available on request, and we will put you in touch with the lender directly at the point an IOI is issued.

We will sign your NDA as-is in most cases. If we need a change, you will get a redline rather than a two-week silence.
